CAN I BRING IN MY OWN ALCOHOL?

No. Due to Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations, you may not bring/provide your own or consume any alcoholic beverages that do not come through Starlight Bar & Event Services. Furthermore, no one other than Starlight Bar & Event Services staff may serve guests any alcoholic beverages.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RUN OUT OF A PARTICULAR BEVERAGE?

Our beverage estimates are based on your stated guest count given during your prior consultation(s). We do our best to provide more than enough of each beverage for your special event. Therefore, all beverages and items will be available for the duration of your bartending service with the exception of requested specialty brands.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIALTY BRAND NOT LISTED IN STARLIGHT’S ALCOHOL SELECTION?

Yes, absolutely! We have the ability to order specialty brands with our suppliers. However, these brands may only be available in limited cases and/or for a limited time.

IS THERE A NON-REFUNDABLE BAR TAB?

No. We are happy to refund pre-purchased, unused alcohol for your guests. The drinks your guest consumed will be charged toward the bar tab until it runs out. At that point, the tab may be refreshed or turned over for the guest to pay for their drinks.
